USB Host Controllers
We offer two types of host controllers: for memory bus (embedded) and PCI bus systems.
USB memory bus host controllers
ISP1760, our three-port Hi-Speed USB memory bus host controller, extends USB beyond the PC: bringing its reliability, convenience, and interoperability to the Digital Home. Its integrated transaction translator eliminates the need for additional software stacks, and thus lowers overall cost.
USB PCI host controllers
ISP156x, our series of Hi-Speed USB PCI host controllers, are suitable for systems that use a 32-bit, 33-MHz PCI bus. Low-power operation, variable data rates, and two or four downstream ports makes them ideally suited for digital consumer applications, web appliances, portable PCs, and network cards with a CardBus connection.
